Are the front and rear O2 sensors the same

Hi all I have a 2001 new edge and the front O2 sensors are plying up. Now I have the rear O2 sensors delete on my tune but when I data logged the rear O2 sensors they both seem to be working just fine, so my question is can I replace the front O2 sensors which the rear O2 sensors ?
Or are the front and rear totally different?

According to Bosch’s part numbers you can interchange them.
