Its leather and thicker........ I love mine!

FR500 is thicker, it will last alot longer (better leather materal) and they have hole padding on the 10-2 positions

Im not sure, it was on the car when I bought it.
I would guess just removing the airbag and steering wheel.

yeah they are easy to swap just remove your airbag and install on the other and you also have to remove your cruise buttons to but it is an easy swap
