There is def. a fuse for this guy. In my manual they call it a cigar lighter. Lulz. Anyhoo, later tonight if no one else has supplied the answer, when I get home I'll flip through the manual and locate it, I don't recall off the top of my head. It will be for a 95, but should be the same/similar in your case.
