Battery relocation

Does anyone have a diagram of the correct way to run and hood up the wires to the trunk.. Also i read or heard it is better to use a switch so you can turn the battery off or some thing.. Post pics of your set-ups also please..

I used the wire that originally came from the starter to the battery and put it on the power distribution box, ran a wire from the battery to the starter through the car.

I used the original ground cable from the block to battery and grounded it to the frame and grounded the battery to the quad shock mount.

I have not had any problems with it this way. I also put a breaker inline from the battery to the starter a a precaution.

Summit makes a nice kit. I ran it throught the firewall in my fox. You will need an external cutoff switch to pass tech at some tracks, and you need to vent the battery box out of the car, or get a sealed battery.
