What is the best sounding setup you guys have heard/bought? I have a 95 auto.

I have:
Front 2 cats gutted
Rear 2 straight pipes
IMCO Mufflers, I went blank on the model stuff
I have the stock H pipe on it.
With side exiting tips.

I had Flows 40 series on it before; do I need to go back?
Will buying an H pipe help my sound?
I am not looking for power/performance gains at all!!!
Will headers help it at all, too?
Thanks!!

It seems like I am forgetting something I just cannot think of it.

The best exhaust setup I've heard is a Catted X with SLP LM 1s. However, I'm partial to SLP since I have them and everyone will tell you theirs is the best.

An offroad H with the original 40 series Flows are my second favorite setup.

I still have to get my SLPII's as soon as I feel ready to spend money again on something other than my house.

I'm running Ford shorties, Bassani catted X pipe, Magnapacks. Only good if you want to wake the dead. :thumb:

Why? Ive always used FM's. I think they sound great. I just got an O/R pipe and FM cat backs. Soon as the engine is rebuilt I'll post a clip.

I was thinking, and I don't know how I smoked this up, that my Mustang type used H pipes and not X's. My exhaust guy said that Magnaflow’s do not have the best sound.
I am thrown on the cat-back/catted stuff though. What will I need? I am thinking since I do not have my cats it does not imply to me, maybe. Thanks!!
