Best Place To Get a Bodykit

Does anyone know who sells the best SLN Ground Effects Kit V2. This is what it looks like http://www.abcexclusive.com/bodykits.htm You'll have to look for it. Also how bad would it be on a lowered car......and yes I'm looking at the urethane kit.
