I'm going to have my front oem bumper resprayed over winter to fix some stone chips. My car originally came from Ohio so it had a front tag on it. In PA, we don't need to run a front plate. What's the best product out there today to fill the holes in a OEM bumper? I want to make sure it doesn't sink a few months later.

I was looking at this product:

There is a kit by bondo I think it is that I got at vatozone last year that came with a 2 part epoxy and a plastic mesh to help support the area/hole in question better. I had a small spot where the corner had hit something and caused a crack/scrape and a hole where I used it and now from the top you can't tell.
