Best sized throttle body and plenum

Just find a TB design that you like, and go for it. Just make sure it's a 75mm. I loved the Dragon TB, so I bought it. As far as plenums, I use a Foxlake P51 intake. So I have no plenum. I do like the Prof. Products plenum though.
Here's the TB testing, all 75mm.

Im full bolt ons minus under drives and aftermarket maf. Stock non pi heads with pi cams and intake. 4:10 gears with that 78MM BBK combo and i run 13:30s consistent. It definitely doesn't feel like it hurts any power on mine. I cant say with the cams and head setup you're going with. I think you should get the BBK though. Its a VERY NICE PART.

I'm trying to get 300 to the tires NA. I'm not sure if that possible with stock PI heads, but I'm going to give it a try. I might eventually do a plate nitrous system just for fun. But who knows.

A TF upper plenum and a (if you can find one) FRPP t/b will work fine. It did for me with ported heads and comp 270 sticks.

Currently I run a 90mm TB 4" elbow and eddy manifold, and I will never see forced induction.

75mmishes is fine from a stock motor to a 600+hp motor no real need to go to a 78mm. Thats why you don't see many out there.
The price diff to hp increase is not there.
