A stroker kit? How about a 5.4l?...thats about as much stroke youll ever want! LOL

What are you planning to do?

Any of the big name modular company's like MMR, Livernois, Foxlake...etc can help you out. To be honest though a good head cam intake swap will put your hp in a really nice range for the same coin.

Well I did bigger cams and p/p job along with a better intake and long tubes. If I do the 5.4 it's a heavier block and I don't want that. I have a good mechanist to do the work for me. I'm looking to get around 750-800 hrp after its said and done.

Unless things have changed then the 4.6 strokers were kind of a waste. They didn't add any hp and minimal tq from the research I did a few years back. The only one I would have considered was from Livernois.
I went with rods and pistons from Manley and skipped the stroker.

Cost to benefit ratio is low

Mod max has good stuff kit wise. Only down side is they are located in Florida and that 3hrs alway complicates things regardless the company you deal with.

Don't knock the 5.4 the weight is minimal, the torque is not lol

Stroking a 4.6l on 2v heads is alot like running a 5.4l with the 2v heads. The intake port volume is still the same and maximizes with higher piston speeds associated with stroking.
Where the 4.6l touches 6000rpm's, stroking it reduces the rpm capabilites because of intake port stall. We think of an engines piston moving the same rate troughout its stroke, not the case. Think of the piston starting at the top traveling down. The piston is the slowest at the top and bottom but any where else in the stroke its incraesing or slowing.
As the piston increases and the intake port volume is not adequate to support the demand, a wall is met in power production.

for what its worth, add 2-3 more psi and you'll make more than the stroker will add to a 2v

I read that it may be close to $6,500-$7,000 for that shortblock which insane! Awesome that they are coming out with this. That shortblock, TF or 4v heads, and 20+ psi will make for one nasty setup

The FRPP 5.0 stroker shortblock is $5k with not nearly as many bells and whistles, but hopefully they can keep it competitive

IMO they should've done this 5-10 years ago, but nice to see another option on the market.
