hey...my new (03) terminator should be here in a few weeks and i know i'm gonna need to swap the sloppy, big rig style stock shifter out for a short throw. which do you guys like in these cars? i have history w/ pro 5.0 (my 96 gt has one), and mgw (my '87 lx has one) but have heard good things about steeda tri-ax. what do you think?

A friend of mine had a B&M in his 03 Termi for about 2 weeks, took it out and replaced it with a MGW and has loved it ever since. The Pro5.0 I have in my car is giving me ALOT of grief lately.

I've never heard anyone say anything bad about an MGW. Best of luck with a beautiful (though not as beautiful as DSG :p ) Cobra.

I agree for the MGW, I have one friend who got it in his Cobra 2004, another for his Mach 2004, both are satisfied, no doubt quality is there.

I had a TriAx in my SN, never liked it, over sprung and notchy. When the MGW came out I got one, and liked it so much I got another when I put in the T56, had to get it for the Cobra as well.

Well you will get reveiws from alot of diff people.. My buddy has an 04 and i love driving his car and he has the pro 5.0 and so do i.. Heard steeda was well liked too but heard that MGWs are started to get less used and everyone switching to pro 5.0, but you cant go by what people are using on t-5s, t-45s and so forth cause the t-56 is a very different feel IMO.
