When I go to crank it blows the first 40amp fuse under the hood. Checked all other fuses, unplugged the fuel pump and radio, but still blowing. I was messing with the radio and my amp yeserday, tracing down why my amp wasnt working, fuse was blown for my amp, replaced it, installed my radio back and now it will not turn over. Im thinking i may have blown a relay or something

The radio/amps should all shut off when the key goes to crank so if they blew when you put the key to run I would suspect them. Did you disconnect the amp below the deck as well?
