Brake issue

I have a 1997 mustang and I have brand new pad rotors calipers and master cylinder. Brakes properly bled. When I push the brake pedal the brake light stays on and the brakes are slightly still engaged until I pull up the pedal with my foot. It only moves a tiny bit so little you can't even feel it moving. Any ideas what's wrong?

Does the master cylinder have a bleeder screw or two on it?

Brake light is tied to the low fluid sensor on the Brake MC reservoir, and to the parking brake as there is a switch on the handle. More than likely the fluid level is dropping just enough to activate the light. Add a tiny bit more fluid and see if that solves that issue.

As for the binding, given the new MC, did you touch anything on the brake pedal? I've seen the pedal/booster linkage bind causing the MC to stay engaged. Could also be a faulty MC out of the box that isn't returning properly. There's a return spring inside.

Did you bench bleed the MC? If so, did the piston return quickly and firmly?

V6 cars are vacuum brakes, so i don't beleive they have the MC bleed screws on the side. Gotta bench bleed these the old fashioned way.

The fluid is full and the level is staying the same so it's not leaking . And yes I bench bled the MC
