UPDATE: Available here: https://www.fullytorquedracing.com/mustang/sn95-14in-brake-kit.html

Hey all, here's an update on the 14" brake kit. white95 and I have been working on this, big shout out to him for gathering all the parts and making it happen!

There was another thread, but I'm making this new one to show the progress we're making. For anyone who forgot, here's a brief summary of the parts:
14" Rotor from a S197 G500 / Boss 302
S197 dual piston GT Calipers (can be sourced from any s197 GT)
Possibly work with s197 brembos? I'm not sure but in theory its the same mounting point
Caliper bracket to adapt sn95 spindle to new mounting points. It will be machined by me, and then white95 will be handling distribution. If you want one, contact him.

Goal is to have a prototype bracket in the next few days and we will go from there

Measly stock brakes. Don't judge me the drilled/slotted rotors, they were my only option at the time

If you want to send me one to test fit, I have a set of GT500 Brembos laying around. You can even send it with my splitter bar ; )

OP, what are the rotor offset differences between SN95 and S197? I'm working on a project with a 6-pot brembo and these exact same rotors.

Does it change the offset requirements for wheels? The s197 wheels tuck in.... not sure what parts modify the offset

Is this just upgrading the front or are you upgrading the rears too?
I have a set of rear S197 rotors and calipers with lines (I think just the parking brake lines are attached) with like 15k on them left over from all that crap with the rear end in my dads 2007 GT. If anyone wants them I'll sell them.

I'm assuming you two are asking the same question.. Will measure later today but I think the hat thickness is pretty close.

Got a prototype bracket done today, going to draw it up in solidworks tomorrow and make a real version.

As suspected, 14" rotors dont work with 17" wheels

I was asking about the measurement from the outboard surface of the hat(where the wheel contacts it) and the most inboard surface of the disc. They seem to be the same from S197 to SN95.

I cheated bought kit.1149 to door and was a simple bolt on for my 95. Uses gt500 rotors drilled, had to wait 3 week till it got to my door but couldn't ask for an simpler installation.

Looks like a revolution brake setup.

I have their 13" Wilwood setup on #71. Mine is a great kit, and any individual part can be had if you break something. That's what sold me.

Why does that say 'cobra only'?
Is that because you have to grind the spindle on a GT or?
