Broken Tab on Brake Pad

Order some motorcraft brake pads and one pair is fine but there is a tab that I circled in the picture that was broken off in transit. Is there anyway I can use the brake pad or do I need to order another one? Or can I use JB-Weld to reattach it?

Isn't that just the squealer? If so then I personally wouldn't worry about it.
