Sorry, no pic. It is a black plastic rectangular box similar in construction to the wheel well toolboxes. It has Ford in the oval embossed on front, so guessing it is OEM but I could be wrong. The hinged top has a lock and handle on top and a rubber seal underneath. It is maybe 2' tall, 1.5' deep, 3' wide but that is my guess. It has two red handles on the top front that move aluminum tabs on the back like it latches to a set of bars or tabs in a truck bed. However, I can't find anything like it for the Ford trucks. Anybody have a clue?

looks like a truck box of some type. I think those cargo van thingys can have racks like what is on the back of it installed.

Yeah, I figured a truck box of some sort. The rubber seal gave me the feeling it was for a pickup bed. Searched Du Ha, Dee Zee, Undercover, and more. Hey, anybody want a lockable uninsulated Ford beer cooler missing the key? :D

The key isn't a big deal take it to a locksmith and they can re-key it or cut you one for it.

It is $20 at a local thrift store. I can replace the lock or have the existing lock re-keyed, but until I know what it is it isn't worth buying and flipping.

Yeah that makes sense, no reason to buy it for 20 bucks put ten more into it and then sell it for 32 on ebay.

offer $10 and they will take $15.

I already have a crap ton of stuff I don't need in the garage and basement. I would pay $10, but if I ever find out what it is I might pay more. The price drops automatically in three weeks, we'll see then how I feel.
