Help! I can't get the front nuts to move on the quad shocks. There's no rust; they are just on so tight I can't budge them. The dust shields prevent the use of a socket, so I tried a box end wrench to no avail. Any suggestions? I'm beat.
PB Blaster, its kinda like WD40....you spray it on the bolt, nut, or whatever and let it sit there for a little bit....it helps loosen up the nut/bolt by removing some of the rust and stuff. they sell it at automotive stores or walmart. i always have a can with me.
...well i say put some behind it lol if you still cant get it pb blasters the best stuff out there for stuck nuts :rollinglaugh:
I used a little baby powder last night when I couldn't move my nuts . . . they were sticking to the inside of my thighs. It worked great.
I always thought only I had that problem with my nuts sticking my my inner legs, glad Im not the only one..
