Car Pulls

Lately when I drive, my car pulls to the right, the steering wheel turns. I was told it could be the tires, so I had them looked at and they seemed to be fine. I had them switched on the rims, so they would go on the other side of the car, so this would cause it to pull to the left. Drove it this morning, still goes to the right, but at 1 stoplight when I hit the breaks it went left. I don't know what is up, any suggestions/ideas?

EDIT: I put the stock fronts on the other day and it didnt do it.

If you put your stock wheels back on and it stoped, its your wheels they could be out of balance.
