car will not start? *HELP*

I have a 90mm MAf 30* injectors a custom chip and s-trim installed. The car is firing but will not turn over? It seems like it is not injectintg fuel? After I shut it off the fuel pressure is stuck at 30psi?

Im not sure if your car has the same sticks as a 4.6 when it comes to this but I will tell it anyway...

Last year I changed my TB, and somehow I broke my TPS. Well to the ecu it showed the throttle being wide open, which cuts off the fuel (start a flooded car, by flooring the gas pedal) I tried everything, then one I replaced the TPS it fried right up.
