Yes thats the offset. And most replicas wont have anything with the manufacturers badging on them.

Update here. I've had the wheels for over two months now. I just dropped them off at my friends shop last Sunday to have them painted sometime soon. In the meantime I found a guy who is thinking about trading me a set of staggered black 17" bullits for these. The deal is kind of in the air right now but I think I'm gonna go for it if he decides he wants them.
