Checking motor for built date in car, pi vs non pi

Hey guy just bought me another car! Picked up a 98 saleen in bright Atlantic blue! The car def has the pi intake but I am unsure about the heads/cams. Just wanted to see if there is a way to tell visually withhe motor in the car? Build dates or something on the motor even just in case someone did whole motor swap.

Pull the valve covers should have pi cast somewhere near the valve springs.

Winchers is right^^ Its the only 100% way of knowing but then again how would you know if it was a npi short block?
