Someone has spliced on a wire to the blue wire on the control wire on the climate control and spliced it on to a wire out in the engine compartment going to either the ac clutch or compressor. Now with the engine running I can turn on the climate control and it kills motor. I figured ac compressor locked up. Any ideas guys.

Well after getting the ac looked at the compressor was definitely locked up and the black wire spliced in was used to bypass the low pressure switch. So after all that AC repair it is working very well.
