I think it was a good purchase but It does have it flaws. I didn't expect it to be perfect, but what happened here. Clearencing, an accident??? May never know.

Other side doesn't seem to have that issue.

Yea accident makes sense if only one side. Quick tip is that the GT rear caliper is the same as cobra So you can easily replace the damaged red caliper.. It just uses the cobra carrier bracket instead of GT bracket.

That's good to know because I have brand new calipers/pads on the rear of the car. My main concern is the knuckle where the end link installs. Maybe there is too much material missing and it's now compromised.

Yea would be good to have a frame shop assess it and advise if a welded solution is needed

Don’t worry about that knuckle. They get ground down to fit 15” wheels all the time. Mine looks just like that. I had to grind the crap out of it to make my billet specialty wheels fit.

I'll just leave this here. Let's just say installing an IRS is NOT cheap....

After taking the caliper, bracket, and rotor off you can tell it was in an accident because the bearing/hub have a tremendous amount of play. Probably will just look into replacing the entire assembly. But first I have to remove the axle nut. Its difficult to say it was ruined until I take it all apart. Anyone have any experience with this?

Update...

IRS is in and all aligned. Haven't had much drive time yet, but it definitely feels different than the SRA with 3 li k setup. As for price..... It cost way more than expected even after selling all of the old parts. I will update more after I get some time behind the wheel.

Hard launch in a straight line. Should stay nice and straight as opposed to the sideways kick that the sra does.
