Hi all,

Has anyone done a coil over kit, and was it worth it ? Was there a HUGE diff in handling or just a little better?

Also what else has to change after vthe swap, ie. ackerman bushings, bumpsteer kits, are they needed after the swap or does the coil overs correct those issues as well. I do not plan on changing the K member either, if that matters.

Would a coil over swap be over kill for a street driven vehicle. The thing is I will have about 350-375rwhp,so I would also like to handle better, so I don't get smoked by some BMW because we came to a curve.

Any and all info is appreciated

I say if your looking for a nice daily driver then no... Not knocking the coil overs IMO there more for closed course track racing. Some nice springs, LCA's, Caster camber plates, Subframes and good shocks will leave you more then happy. I know it sounds like alot but coil overs aren't too cheap for a decent set.
