Okay here's my setup.
ARC Audio 4100SE Amplifier
2- 10'' JBL Subwoofers
Alpine Deck

Old ass alpine speakers, and I'm guessing either factory or aftermarket tweeters. I want to get these speakers:

Can I just put them in without changing anything else? I'd like to eventually wire them up to my amp. Do I need to change the tweeters or can I leave them as is?

Should be ok too swap them out. They are 3 ohm rather then the standard 4 ohm so It might make the amp running them run a little hot.

ttocs - Here's a picture i just took of the speakers in there now.

They look like they have a small tweeter on them right?
And heres the specs of the amplifier I'm running. I don't think the speakers are hooked up to the amp right now, so maybe I'd get another amp in the future to wire the speakers too.

are you asking if you can replace the tweeter on the old/new speaker? They both look too be a hard-mounted set up that would not allow for that There are some higher-end kids that allow for the tweeter to be remotely mounted but they will cost 2x as much.

No, lemme try and word this better lol i'm confusing myself. The speakers i want to get already have tweeters on them, and the speakers in the car already also have the same setup with tweeters on them. I can just swap the new speakers in right? The top tweeters are most likely bypassed if these speakers in the car are using tweeters. My plans are to wire the speakers to the amplifier in the spring time for the best performance

your taking a 5x7 out and putting a 5x7 in so yes it is that easy. The tweeter on top should be playing on both of them if not something is wrong.
