Convertible doors same as hardtop doors

Does anyone know if convertible doors are the same as hardtop. I have a passenger door that was hit and has alot of bondo. I wanted to use a convertible door to replace it. Both doors are 1995 and have the Mach sound system.

Would it be a measurable dimension? My guess is Ford only used one door (for each side) because they only made oupes and convertibles. Economy of scale drives these car manufacturers. Want me to measure the door on mh 96 Gt convertible? Let me know.

The only difference is a removable plastic block on the door near the latch. I removed the block and replaced it with the screws located in the same place from the old door.
