Converting to power windows and locks in 97 GT.

This is something I have wanted to do for a long time. Does anyone have any experience with this conversion? As in how much of a PITA it might be? What parts are needed (door panels, actuators, etc.). Really I just want to get this done because I am tired of leaning across my console to roll down my window. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
