Coolant everywhere

So my friend was driving and hit 1st instead of 3rd, was racing and popping the clutch, and blew a coolant line, smoke everywhere and coolant, alternator shot to. But it broke the little plastic piece as well that the hose clamp grabs, but it looks like all one piece that connects to the manifold...so I'm worried I have to get a new manifold just for that little piece?
