I've got a coolant leak on a 94 GT and I'm not sure what to call the hose that is leaking. It appears to be leaking from a connection of two hoses, one end of the hose is from the (radiator) and the other end goes into the firewall on the passenger side. Can this be serviced or do I need to replace the entire assembly? It's leaking at the connection near the passenger side header. Any help for parts needed would be much appreciated.

Got it figured out, it's the high side A/C line. Probably due to the header being so close or age of the hoses.

Yea. Looks like there's plenty of space available to put a bit of heat shield to protect the new line you install. Could probably get thin gauge sheet metal, angle it a bit and screw it right into the car's own sheet metal somewhere near the frame rail and it'll put a nice barrier between the line and the exhaust.

You've got me wanting to look at mine now and possibly add a heat shield also!
