I grossly misquoted the dyno #’s I THOUGHT my snake produced. Sorry all. Got the actual sheet today and the numbers are a lot more believable ( though I did like the first ones better!):
220hp & 255-260 torque.
ok, nothing Earth-shattering, but for a motor low on compression in a couple of cylinders, I can definitely live with it while I save up for either a rebuild or replacement.
I’m really just wanting to get it back home and start enjoying driving it finally!! Brand new f/r suspension, short throw shifter, new IAC and oil pressure sending unit, 4 new cats... and I finally remedied the frickin Title Transfer thru AAA. Online CA DMV processing is a frickin joke right now.
But, I have registration tags, proof of insurance and a vehicle that runs as good as it can ... well, for now, anyway!
Should be getting it back Friday or early next week latest. I can’t wait!!
