No worries, I have the OE springs but not shocks- can't go anywhere anyway.

Stupid question alert:

Do you retain the factory ECU for ABS/HVAC function? I had ditched the ECU and CCRM when installing the Holley stuff. I kept the harnesses but sold the computer.

I left everything in it's rightful place, factory ecu, FRPP control pack and computer along with a power distribution box is what's left. CCRM has a fuel relay but you can wire up an aftermarket one for pump (s). HVAC is wired to the factory ecu for coolant fan operation-dont quote me on that. There is a way to wire it using the factory harness to charcoal canister/smog equipment to turn off the check engine light but I haven't dug into it yet. I don't think the ABS is tied into the ecu either because it has it's own module

Some real updates though..after the UPS mix-up I ordered a brand new pair which should be the last pieces of the puzzle. Also got the driveshaft shortened 1" they were out of the OE steel flange so they hooked me up with a billet Sonnax one..

And replaced some more OE bushings with FTB pieces, the rear diff mount wasn't fun without their tool but I managed to remove it. On the right you can see the worn-out bushings

It's the factory mount with the delrin bushings, I would've definitely been interested though! Might be looking for an aftermarket cover soon..

Quick update...custom 3" stainless catback and IRS swap done! I plan on upgrading the rear diff cover, cross axis joints, both upper/lower control arm bushings and a 4-wheel alignment. Also need to roll the fenders as she rubs with the H&R sports. For now just enjoy driving it!
With the IRS, the rear end feels more controlled, unlike the SRA that can slide out from under you the second the tires lose traction. Trust me after owning 4 fox-bodies, the rear steers the car even in 4-bangers! It's also nice to not feel every bump in the road!
Anyway upon bleeding the brakes I discovered a massive hole in the line that connects the left rear to the right. NAPA helped out by having everthing in stock (bubble flared lines x 2) here is the P/N if anyone is interested:

A bit more progress, switched out the H&R's for some Eibach sports just to raise the rear a bit ( brutal speed bumps in my neighborhood) and installed some sound deadning on the floor board and what I could reach on the firewall. Also, I will be installing a/c once again as I've missed it.

On a side note..probably spent my clutch today on some back roads. In hindsight I should've done a t-56 swap and a twin disc before the IRS but what is done is done and you couldn't pay me to put another SRA back in. Anyhow here are a few pictures of my attempt to block heat out of the cabin- long tubes will roast your feet in 80+ degree weather!
