Creaking Whining Sound

I got this creaking noise comming from my passenger side front wheel well area, it only happens when im steering. What can it be? Oh, yeah i have no power steering leaks and the resi is full....

Might be worth checking the track rod ends and the lower wishbone balljoint, my friends started creaking and then collapsed, dont like worrying people, but dont ignore it.
