here is wet sanded and buffed with compound:

wet sanded 1x

wet sanded 2x, including the Malibu raised decal

will update.

the foam pads I have there are the Hex Logic pads, is that what you mean?
I like them a lot

i meant the purple wool pad you have in the pictures... they are from Lake Country, I have a few myself.. they are called Purple Foamed Wool...

i've been wanting to try the hexlogic pads myself tho...

How is that pad cleaner Dal? I'd like to see you do a before and after of a pad cleaning with the CG Pad cleaner.. I wanna make a large order from CG and pick some up.

I'm super jealous of your boat btw...

Thanks man, that pad cleaner works pretty good.
I just soak em in a pan for about 30 min and ring them out in the sink.
my wife doesn't like it, but I think it smells teriffic!

OK, that CG no. 721 is A W S O M E.
in did in one pass, better than 3 passes with the other stuff.

check this out.

Before:

Wet Sanded:

Polished:

this is before glaze and sealer.
no 721 polish on a wool pad, and 1 pass of hyperpolish on an orange pad.

JD, that CG polish worked amazingly much bedda!
it went on easier, and didn't gum up my pad nearly as much. it did dust a little, but with results like that I can wipe up a little dust!

Oh for sure. That picture you posted with the boat in the water, was that before your detail? Also, is that the lake that they film girls gone wild at or where there is that big boating week?

Dal,

I would probably like to get the pad cleaner.
A compound of some sort(721 I guess?)
A finishing polish, dunno what to get here..
A sealant/glaze
And maybe a 'nuba wax as well...

Oh an I've been thinking about some Diablo wheel Gel, and a plastic dressing of some sort.
