Caleb has a new street car that he has been building. It's a 2004 Competition Orange Terminator Cobra. He bought it out of Georgia and it had a Whipple on it. Since then, he's pulled the drivetrain and completely redid the whole car. Now it has a Fastlane built 5.4 engine, Twin turbos, AODE transmission, narrowed 8.8 rearend, roll cage, etc. I got the call to perform one of my details on it to bring the paint back to life. Here's some photos of it from yesterday. 11 hours it took me! I posted most of these on my instagram last night (ttsaleen) but if you missed them, here you go. Hand wash Clay bar 2 stage compound Sealer Ryan
WOW! You did some amazing work on that paint! Great job, Ryan. p.s. Do you have any more info on that engine setup? Im really curious lol
Remember my black ttsaleen? Take that recipe, add an aluminum block, add better/larger turbos, add custom grind cams, add better valve springs, add a better intake manifold, and add a Holley stand-alone computer system. If my old combo on a stock 98 computer made 1200hp, this one should make between 1350-1500hp estimated. He plans to run 1/2 mile events with it in addition to local 1/8th and 1/4 mile stuff. But in reality he plans to drive it on the street as a full-tilt effort in what can be accomplished. It is straight nasty. LOL!
I was going to say it's basically a new version of your old setup! But you spelled it out! Looks sick. I love comp orange.
