Digital instrument cluster? Heads up display?

Is there a company that makes digital instrument clusters for the 99-04s? I was wondering about this after i saw a lincoln with a full digital cluster. Did some searching and couldn't find anything. Anyone know of any? Think it would be a cool upgrade... Was also curious about heads up displays. Pretty sure they make universal kits, but id like to hear from someone thats tried it. HUD would be so nice!
