FYI, the SVT certificates are no longer free. They were a long while back when I got mine, but from what I've been hearing, they are no longer free...
Do you have your babies birth certif........

The cirtificates are free, but you have to join SVTOA. That will set you back $30.00 to get your free cirtificate. If you don't join SVTOA the cirtificate is $40.00.
