does clutch size have to be exact? 2001 mustang gt 4.6 2v

Yea I put a 11" clutch in my old 2v that was 10.5" car

I was told you could not fit a 10.5 clutch on the 11 inch fly wheel. . The bolts won't line up. .

I had the flywheel and everything on a car I had with a pi engine swap. I originally said that because I read the bellhousing and starter is different which it's not .

I used to only be into 4.6's my first 3 were all 2v's wouldn't mind another one just because you can beat the living shit outta of them daily super reliable . I wanna find one just do some nice wheels and tires lower it exhausts and gears and cruise it
