I tought 99+ went 11"
Or when ever they swap to the 3650.. I tought the 6 bolt and 8 bolt was different between the cobra crank and the gt crank. .

In the shop
They can have either size clutch and also either a 6 or 8 bolt crank. That said, it can screw with ordering flywheels when youre not 100% of what yours is

But then you have to have a different bellhousing if you have a different flywheel, starter won't line up. Just stick with what was on there.....any brand will work, I like my exedy. Haven't exactly tried any others, just swapped to the 5 speed recently.

Match the clutch to the flywheel and you're good to go

Spline will be 10.
6 or 8 bolt depends on Romeo or Windsor motor. Can count the valve cover bolts to figure out which you have. Being an 01 and assuming it is original, it *SHOULD* be a 6 bolt Romeo. But I've seen some anomalies, and never know if it had been swapped...

The flywheel diameter is the same size

That's true. Bolt pattern is different. Flywheel diameter is same.
