It takes about 230 engine hp for a modern sport bike to crack 200 mph. This is due to the piss poor areo dynamic coeffiecient compared to a modern sports car. On average, most 1k bike are around 190 HP. That's why you leave sports cars alone once you're running above 130 mph or so. With enough HP to overcome areodynmics, and with proper gear ratios and tire size, it's open ended on what your top speed can be. You might need a push truck to get you to 90 mph in the beginning though.
