When I was at the wrecker pulling my seats, I noticed the doors on the 2000 really felt lighter than my doors (1996). My questions are; One. Are there weight differences? Two. Will 2000 bolt on a '96?

Will they bolt up, yes, will they look right, not at all. I’m not sure on the weight. I’d be surprised if there was a big difference in weight being as similar as they are.

did the panels look cheaper? I know they went through some cost cutting and cut out the perferated fake leather on the elbow area and I though got rid of the carpet strip/pocket at the bottom? I could see it adding up to a little bit of weight but nothing I would expect to feel

Good question. There were no panels on the car. It's in a Wrecker's field. It has all the same electrics as mine - they are verts. So, I am assuming they are.

I did manage to pull a working brake light switch :D
