Drilling required for chin spoiler?

Is there drilling required for the chin spolier from american muscle or does it use all oem mounting locations as the factory black piece?

i have a related question...

how do those tabs come off....the ones on the side where the stock plastic piece is?

not the one below the radiator....the ones on the sides

anyone know?

yea u have to drill.


im not sure what peices 97blackgt, but if im right i just use an upholstery remover.

alright if you look at a side view of a stock mustang...you have the bumper...and attached to the bottom is a piece of plastic (not painted or anything, just black plastic)

there are christmas tree type things holding it on the bumber...i dont know how to remove those 3 or 4 tabs

yea use a upholstery remover. or a flat head and just work it til u can pull em out.

Pictures are always a question solver.

I have the "uphostery" tool. And "rivits" need to be drilled out. The rest are questionable till seen in a picture.
