Droping in 2003 cobra engine?

i have a 96 GT and have been told that as long as
its a 94-04 engine it'll drop in.
is this true? has anyone done this swap before?

Ive seen it done, people have done it in foxes so im sure it would be pretty basic on a 96GT.

yea the motor will physically drop in but of course you will need parts to make the swap work like the CPU, wiring harness, and I'm sure other things too......but it would be a kick ass swap from that weak non PI 2 valve to a blown 4 valve :naughty:
