dyno #s

I put down 196RWHP and 266RWTQ the other day. Allright for 71000 miles. Was hoping to break 200 though. Mods are listed below.

add an o/r h-pipe and you'll be there. i put down 203.2 rwhp 279.6 rwtq with my 97 and the mods listed in my sig minus the pullies. my o/r h-pipe is just a stock pipe with the "6" cats removed. also, when i ran on the dyno i had 157,000 miles on it ;D

I am looking at doing a PI swap right now. Just need to find a good deal on heads and an intake. I was just going to do the cams and intake, but labor is only about $100.00 more for the heads.

I can't get in without a password, but let me know how much he wants for the intake. Just made a deal for romeo heads, $300.00 shipped with cams. Romeos are the heads of choice from what I have read.

have you done anything since that dyno run?

here is what i am hoping i am around, 245 - 260hp/290trq.....just had a full system fluid flush, running straight synthetic with K&N 63 series air charger and flowmaster 40 series with h-pipe. running on premium, and a timing advance resistor chip...increases timing about 2 degrees...and reads colder air on computer and makes the fuel supply a lot more lean.

what do you think my car would pull on a dyno with the mods in my sig? and what would that convert into at the motor for numbers. i was guessing 215 rwhp/ 270trq or so?

Sorry I forgot about this thread.

Yes. Replaced the bad o2 sensors, FRPP wires, new plugs, Longtubes, o/r x pipe and a JMS tune.

I think your tq will be a little higher than that. I am running 266rwtq and the only big mods I have is flows, 3.73's and a KN filter. rwhp sounds about right on. I pulled 196. Your PI cams should give the extra boost.

im sure i posted my dyno sheet in this thread. i had everything in my sig except for the pullies when i dynoed. with my 390's i made 179.6 rwtq. i'd think you'd make a little more hp and tq with the PI cams. get it to the dyno and find out... let us know :thumb:

Just had my 95 GT dyno tuned and chipped yesterday...best pull was 230 hp / 273 Fpt....It was chipped because the computer was messed up..idle poorly, rpms came down slow, etc. It came out pretty damn good...Here's what is in the car...Let me know if you guys think it pulled well.

Trick Flow Street Heat upper and lower intake
MSD distributer and coil
70MM Throttle body
73MM C&L MAF
24lb injectors, FPR, 255lph fuel pump
3.73 gears

The technician was pretty impressed what it made considering there were no major mods done to it..What do you think?
