So quick question, in the middle of my build I bought a 2010 f150 5.4 with a Edelbrock e force supercharger on it. The I haven’t pulled the motor yet but I’m planning on using the supercharger with all the goodies on a 5.4 for my mustang.
Seeing as the blower windowed a block, would there be any chance the supercharger was damaged? It’s cooling system is clean.

I would take the blower off and inspect it for debris that might have gone backwards up stream into the blower. Other than that it's probably just fine. This is also going onto a 5.4 3v, correct?

That’s the plan yeah, I’ll source a 5.4 3v for it. Iv never ran a supercharger before so I wanted to make sure I checked it properly

Also inspect the intercooler area and the runners. Make sure everything is cleared out and clean. Those blowers are self contained oiling systems so the oil contamination isn't the issue.
