egr system delete

I recently dropped off a cap for my egr to get powdered chrome to go over it as I was having some other stuff powdered. The cap was a couple of bucks and the price to powder was probably not much with all the other stuff getting done it was the smallest. You can just get a plumbing cap from the hardware store and it will screw right on.

Sorry, the timing topic is my fault.
The reason I capped my EGR with caps from lowes, was to keep the tube intact. I knew I would end up selling the car (to buy a cobra), and I wanted the car to pass emissions for the new owner.

Not worried about the timing coming into play I was wondering if mines off anyways I know my transmission is basically gone but the car doesn't have any power at take off or want to idle right doesn't run but at around 300-400 and won't rev past 1200 in park. Don't know if that's mainly the transmission being burned up the timing or something else.
