I have a 98 Cobra with a twin turbo which has the aftermarket H pipe. I am looking to install some cats and O2 sensors and get the car so it will pass emissions. The problem is that I don't know what was on the car from the factory as far as emissions. I am assuming the air pump pumps air somewhere--but where? I think the EGR valve is not hooked up either. If the computer can read that this stuff is there and functioning, it will pass since we have the OBDII test.
