I had to swap head gaskets out this weekend and decided it would be a good chance to clean up the engine and paint some pieces. The front cover had a nasty leak so everything was coated in oil and grime. I painted all the brackets, front cover and water pump in graphite metallic with a heavy clear coat, The upper and fox valve covers are already graphite) then I painted the blower head unit, lower intake and alternator in satin black. I also detailed the distributor since it was also dingy. It really cleaned everything up and looks a ton better to me.

Some pics of the progress.
