Exhaust questions

I am getting my cobra in 2 days and was wondering about exhaust options. Do the cobras use the same aftermarket exhaust as the gt's? Or is it specific for cobras?

Its different for the Cobras. If youre getting a 98 all the exhausts are different. 96-97 are the same.

i heard its just the hangers are different but the pipes themselves are the same.u could just rig the hangers in case u get a catback thats not ur year and cheap.but a ny 94-04 GT exhaust is the same.99-04 cobra is diffrent cause of irs . if the 96-98 cobra is the same as gt u dont have a problem.
