Explorer head rebuild estimate?

What would y'all guess the machine shop bill would be to have a set of exploder heads rebuilt? Valve job and all.

250 to 300 a head at least that's what it was years ago depending on what needed to be done.

Call a machine shop and ask.... Every shop is going to be different....

Clean, crack detection/pressure check, 3 angle seats, reface valves, true up valve tips, deck the head, quality seals,....assuming rebuildable good known running heads? $300-$400ea from a good machinist. $200ea +the core at Autozone.
