Been a looooooong time since I hopped on here, hope everyone is doing well and staying safe with everything going on. With that being said, I've been on the hunt for a long time and been striking out for some export mirrors and vertical export tails. Does anybody have any hook ups or know anybody I can reach out to for these?

I bought my mirrors and tail lights from @abood89, he may be able to assist you. They’re straight from Oman. I’ve bought three sets of tail lights, actually.

Im on his list, but with the demand now of them there’s quite a few people ahead of me and no ETA

At least you’re on the list. If I see a pair come up, I’ll let you know. They’re exceedingly difficult to find without the black trim cracked someone. I actually busted mine

thanks man I appreciate it! I actually ended up finding a set of export verticals, guy says driver is mint but passenger has fogging on inside. Do you know if there’s a way to separate the legs from the body to try to clean the inside or would I be better off putting soap/water inside the housing and trying to get a hair dryer or something to try to get rid of the fog? Ever mess with something like that?

I found a vertical set but passenger side will need a little love, or I found a guy that has 4 brand new horizontal ones he will cut me a killer deal on, but he only has passenger sides so I’d still need a driver side. Going back and forth on which direction I should go

Idk about separating the lense. You could possibly drop a desiccant pack in there and let it soak the moisture out.

if its fogged up because of moisture you should be able to dry it out with a hair dryer. But I am willing to bet its more of a problem where its a water spot that simply needs to be wiped or rinsed off. I don't think the lenses separate all that easily so wiping it is probably out and if you can get the water out then maybe you can rinse it off but either way to get it perfect I think will either take a neat trick or be a pain in the ass.

That’s what I’m worried about, but honestly think I could get my money back out of them if they didn’t come out as I hoped

Google mustang taillights for your model year. Find a picture of what you like. Follow the thread until you find a supplier. There are a lot of options available, just dig a little bit. There are a lot of different sources that are not common names but have great styles. You don’t have to run with the pack, get what you want.
