I can't be the only one that has the vinyl creases and lifts off the door panel is the a solution to fix this besides buying new door panels? I'm tempted just to cut out the Insert and make a little patch kind of deal like the 240 guys with bride logos blended in the inserts and seats

That South Florida sun will do some damage to an interior.

Is it peeling at the top or the pad area behind the controls?

anywho my old gt started lifting behind the plastic cup area. i took the cup off.....went ahead and peeled a little more back to get a decent opening to shoot some 3m spray adhesive in there....let it sit for about 10 mins...pressed it back down and ran a heat gun over it a few times while pressing. ya never knew it was there....hope this helps

It's around the "built in armrest" area I tried some adhesive spray but didn't use a heat gun I'm going to try that in a little bit when I get out of school

Sorta like this but I don't know about the pattern layout the overall theme of the idea I like just thinkin with matching seats to blend the interior a little

yea as long as it's not cracked...can't tell from the pic. you should be able to glue that back down. start from the back and sorta smash it down as you go forward to make sure there's no air bubbles. the heat gun helps a lot.

if it is cracked, 94-96ish has that insert that goes over that area. You would have to drill some holes in the panel but you could find one and put it over it.

Luckily mine hasn't done that.

If it does I will recover in black perforated vinyl to match my FR500 steering wheel and RSD similar to the 94-95.

So I'm swapping my interior to dark charcoal right now and have the 95 door inserts, you're saying that if I cut out the vinyl (sun damaged like above) it'll fit into the door no problem, with some adhesive?
